• VMware Certified with relevant project and support experience in:
• Capacity Planning, Server Consolidation
• VDI experience would be an asset
• Site Recovery Manager knowledge and experience would be an asset
• Microsoft 2008/2003 Server; support and migration experience
• MS Exchange 2007/2003; support and migration experience
• Symantec Anti-X and Backup Exec deployment and support
• Blackberry Enterprise Server experience

Nitro is expanding the IT services team and is looking for energetic On-Site Support Technicians with following qualifications:
• Support Windows XP, Vista and Windows 2000 workstations in a networked environment, as well as a wide range of shrink wrapped and proprietary software including the full Microsoft suite.
• Working knowledge of all mail clients and Blackberry integration and support.
• Assist and perform required “hands-on” support of servers and network infrastructures.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years experience in Microsoft O/S and Microsoft productivity applications. Industry certifications will be viewed as extremely valuable.Vehicle is mandatory and the selected candidate will receive mileage reimbursement.
